Had a simple lunch order with breakfast items. 2 sausage/ cheese biscuits and 1 sausage burrito with NO sauce. Drove back to work only to find they forgot cheese on both biscuits and there was sauce on breakfast burrito. Printed out right on the receipt. Tried to call but phone number on receipt and website went directly to fax. Very disappointed in a simple visit.
Poor customer service!!!! Messed up on orders several times! Employees are less than knowledgeable about products and menu. Management is less than experienced and poor at resolving issues!
